Binance Pool Closure Signals Endpoint Changes for Mining Operations

Binance Pool Closure Signals Endpoint Changes for Mining Operations

Binance is set to discontinue Binance Pool and its associated mining services at 07:00 UTC on November 10, 2026. Once the shutdown takes effect, all mining connections will be disabled, and shares submitted after the cutoff will no longer be accepted. Miners must redirect their equipment to an alternative pool before the deadline to keep their Bitcoin mining operations running without interruption.

Binance explained that the closure follows its ongoing assessment of its products and services. The decision will bring an end to more than six years of Binance Pool operations, though the exchange has not disclosed the precise reason for discontinuing the platform.

At the scheduled time, Binance will shut down its Mining Pool Stratum URLs and other mining endpoints. Any hashrate submissions or mining shares received after 07:00 UTC on November 10 will be rejected and will not be processed or credited to users.

The discontinuation will also cover other products and features, including Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, and Transaction Accelerator. Mining pool APIs, Telegram hashrate alerts, and email notifications will be terminated as well. These services will stop generating new rewards, yields, or other benefits after the cutoff.

The announcement concerns a change in mining pool connections rather than a shutdown of mining hardware. Users will need to update their equipment settings and connect to another provider. Binance has not recommended an alternative pool or disclosed its current hashrate, the number of affected miners, or the amount of computing power expected to move to other platforms.

Final Rewards and Settlements Remain Subject to Conditions

Binance Pool will include eligible mining shares submitted before 07:00 UTC on November 10 in its final reward calculations, in accordance with the platform’s applicable rules. Shares submitted before the deadline will remain subject to the existing reward calculation process.

The exchange noted that eligible outstanding rewards, balances, refunds, and settlements may be processed after the service closes. However, payment processing will depend on product terms, account status, risk management controls, compliance checks, and applicable laws. Binance has not announced a fixed settlement date or guaranteed payment of every outstanding balance.

Binance will remove links to the mining pool from its homepage on November 10. Users with active Pool Savings positions should unsubscribe or redeem their positions before the service ends. Account holders should also check their account information to ensure they can receive any eligible remaining funds.

Miners are advised to disconnect their equipment from Binance Pool and configure it to use another mining pool before the 07:00 UTC deadline. Hardware that remains connected to Binance’s disabled endpoints will no longer be able to submit mining work through the platform after the cutoff.

Users should complete any outstanding identity verification or other account requirements by 23:59 UTC on November 10 to help facilitate the processing of eligible rewards, refunds, and settlements. This later deadline applies to account-related procedures and does not extend mining access beyond 07:00 UTC.

Binance Pool’s webpages will remain available for 14 days after the closure, until 07:00 UTC on November 24, 2026. Users will be able to review historical mining data, account records, and payout status information during this period where those details remain accessible.
