Semler Scientific Boosts Bitcoin Holdings with Additional 871 BTC Purchase

Semler Scientific (SMLR) has acquired an additional 871 BTC for $88.5 million, funded by proceeds from its senior convertible notes offering in January 2025. The average purchase price per bitcoin was $101,616.

Following this acquisition, Semler now holds a total of 3,192 BTC, with an aggregate investment of $280.4 million and an average purchase price of $87,854 per bitcoin.

The company also reported a 152.2% bitcoin yield, which reflects the percentage change in its bitcoin holdings relative to the full-diluted shares outstanding over a given timeframe.
