MARA Holdings Appoints Nir Rikovitch as Chief Product Officer to Lead Energy Tech Strategy
MARA Holdings (MARA) has appointed Nir Rikovitch as its new Chief Product Officer, a move aimed at advancing the company’s product development and aligning its technology strategy with evolving market demands.
In his new role, Rikovitch will be responsible for crafting a full-scale product roadmap and building a disciplined product organization that bridges engineering capabilities with commercial opportunities.
“Nir’s proven track record in product leadership and autonomous technology development—where reliability, coordination, and scalability are essential—positions him well to lead our product vision into its next chapter,” said Fred Thiel, CEO of MARA Holdings.
Rikovitch brings a strong background in machine learning, robotics, and energy-efficient systems. Most recently, he served as Director of Product Management at Blue River, a subsidiary of John Deere, where he co-founded the company’s autonomy division. There, he helped shape next-generation strategies for autonomous machinery and driver-assist technologies.
Commenting on his new role, Rikovitch said, “At MARA, we’re aligning large-scale infrastructure with intelligent energy practices to drive meaningful innovation.”
