BitFuFu Sets New Records in June with Increased Hashrate and BTC Production

BitFuFu has reported robust performance for June, producing 445 bitcoin (BTC), an increase of 11.3% compared to May, as the company continues to expand its operations across five continents.

The Singapore-based bitcoin miner saw its total hashrate under management climb to 36.2 exahashes per second (EH/s), a 6.2% rise from the previous month. This figure includes 3.8 EH/s from BitFuFu’s proprietary mining and 32.4 EH/s from third-party hosting services. The company’s managed power capacity also grew by 11.8%, reaching a new high of 728 megawatts.

Cloud mining remains BitFuFu’s primary source of revenue, contributing 387 of the 445 BTC mined in June. Proprietary mining operations delivered 58 BTC, reflecting a 34.9% increase over May’s output. The company added 83 BTC to its reserves, bringing its total bitcoin holdings to 1,792 BTC.

“June was our strongest month this year,” said BitFuFu Chairman and CEO Leo Lu. “Achieving 36.2 EH/s and securing 728 MW of power capacity underscores our commitment to expanding our infrastructure and services.”

BitFuFu’s cloud mining platform continues to grow, now boasting over 623,000 registered users—a testament to the rising popularity of mining-as-a-service solutions.

The company’s expansion efforts come at a time of heightened competition in the bitcoin mining industry, where operational efficiency and geographic diversification are crucial. BitFuFu’s fleet operates at an average efficiency of 20.1 joules per terahash, a critical metric for managing energy costs and maintaining competitiveness in the market.
