Cardone Capital Invests in 1,000 BTC, Eyes Tripling Stake to 3,000 as Part of Ambitious Bitcoin Strategy
Grant Cardone Pours $100 Million Into Bitcoin, Fuses Real Estate and Crypto Strategies
Grant Cardone, the well-known real estate mogul, has made a major foray into crypto by purchasing 1,000 bitcoin for his firm, Cardone Capital, adding over $100 million worth of BTC to the company’s balance sheet.
Announcing the move on X (formerly Twitter), Cardone proclaimed Cardone Capital as “the first-ever real estate/BTC company integrated with a full bitcoin strategy, combining the two best-in-class assets.”
At current market valuations, Cardone Capital’s bitcoin holdings would place the firm among the world’s top 30 corporate bitcoin holders, ranking close to the 29th spot, according to data from bitcointreasuries.
Cardone Capital’s existing portfolio spans 14,200 residential units and more than 500,000 square feet of Class A office space. Looking ahead, Cardone said the firm intends to acquire another 3,000 BTC and add 5,000 residential units by year-end, signaling an aggressive expansion into both real estate and crypto.
Cardone’s interest in bitcoin isn’t new. Back in January, CoinDesk reported that he planned to channel cash flow from real estate into bitcoin purchases—a move that reflects his long-term faith in digital assets as a store of value and investment vehicle.
